Pickett's Mill Armory 16" 5.56 NATO, AR15 upper WITHOUT bolt carrier group or charging handle. PMA uppers are built with the highest quality materials and test fired prior to shipping. We have sourced products from industry leading manufacturers and brought them to our facility. We then assemble the products into the uppers that you are after.
