How do I return an item?

Return / Cancellation Policy


We accept returns for exchange or refund for 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit to the original purchaser only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.



Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of use, wear, damage or disassembly in any way

• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Before 30 Days* (Refunds, Exchanges, & Repair/Replacement)

Eligible Returns

  1. Un-used for REFUND (customer pays a 15% restocking fee).
  2. Un-used for EXCHANGE of different Item SKU (Customer pays a 15% restocking fee + shipping cost of new item).
  3. Un-used and used for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.

Shipping & Fee’s

  • PMA pays shipping back to PMA for RMA Repair or Replacement.
  • PMA pays shipping back to Customer for defective item.
  • Customer pays shipping back to PMA for non-defective Exchange or Refund.
  • Customer pays shipping back to customer for non-defective item return (otherwise 15% restocking fee).

After 30 Days* (Repair/Replace Only)


Eligible Returns

Un-Used and used for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.


Shipping & Fee’s

  • Customer pays shipping back to PMA.
  • Customer pays shipping back to Customer for item.
  • Customer pays FFL Transfer Fee’s.

* The 30 day period starts when the new order item leaves the PMA fulfillment center – the initial shipment date.

My item has not shipped and I want to cancel my order:

Once your item is "Processing" and in our production line the parts are pulled for assembly. Those items all need to be re-stocked and loaded back into inventory.
For that we charge a 10% cancellation fee.



Please contact customer service via email for more information on returning an item. Email provides an electronic record so we may refer to it at any time, day or night to assist you the most expeditious way possible.
